Documentation is with the repair order (RO):
Filing, purging and knowledge of color code filing system and scanning. Act as a liaison between technicians, service advisors, and cashiers.

Work Experience Requirements:
  • Some experience a plus, but not required.

Job Purpose: Assist Sales Managers in the evaluation of credit worthiness of clients by reviewing credit applications and credit reports. Salary/Bonus: Varies based on previous experience.

Primary Responsibilities: Review all deal jackets as required by federal, state, and county laws as related to completed vehicle transactions ensuring their completeness and accuracy.  Conduct daily discussions with Finance Director regarding compliance, processing, and handling of documents and other issues. Monitor all lease and retail contracts in house and in transit for completeness and accuracy and collection of all finance and insurance fees. Conduct department wide meetings that includes the legal handling and processing of documents.

Additional Responsibilities: Attend dealership compliance training/video conferencing courses in order to learn and understand federal, state, and local laws which govern retail automobile sales that include OFAC, GLBA Information Privacy, Safeguards and Security, ID Theft Prevention, Money Laundering and Cash Reporting, Adverse Action Notices, Risk Based Pricing Notices, Privacy Policy. Provide current and continuous information to sales force regarding finance and lease programs. Develop and monitor guidelines to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Meet with the Finance Director to review monthly performance of the department.  Maintain training of sales team to ensure proper turn to Finance department. Address customer complaints to ensure high level of customer service.

Skills/Experience: Previous Finance Manager/Finance Director position held. Previous Luxury brand recommended. Reynolds and Reynolds, Dealertrack, V Auto.

Attributes/Education: Undergraduate/Graduate Degree Recommended. Previous Managerial experience. Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals recommended. AFIP Certified preferred.

As a Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing new, used and serviced vehicles for our customers! The detailer washes, buffs and waxes the exterior of the vehicle. You will use vacuums and other cleaning agents to clean the upholstery, rugs and other surfaces inside of the vehicle. The detailer also cleans the engine and engine compartments to remove grease and grime.
